Job Title: Business Development Manager
Reports to: General Manager
Job Location : Bweyogerere, Bbuto

Job Summary;
The successful candidate will be primarily tasked with developing and implementing strategies to boost income and to make sure that the future and growth of the organisation is guaranteed. He/She will identify and bring on board new regional and local business opportunities in order to generate and meet the revenue objective, developing effective models and strategies to improve business performance, profitability and meet customer retention objective. In so doing, he/she will also work closely with the various functional heads to ensure efficient production operations and business growth.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Knowledge
• A bachelor’s degree from a recognizedminstitution of learning.
Minimum of three years related experience in sales management or Organisational development portfolios.
Ability to develop company growth plans and strategies.
Demonstrated experience in team building, capacity development and people management
