Role Overview:
The Communications and Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s communication strategy, enhancing customer experiences, and identifying new business opportunities. This individual will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing client relationships, and driving the company’s marketing initiatives both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to promote Legacy Hills’ services and values.
- Craft high-quality written content, including press releases, newsletters, blogs, and social media posts.
- Manage the company’s online presence across websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and public relations activities.
Marketing and Branding
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and client engagement.
- Design and oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities for brand positioning.
Customer Experience Management
- Oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience at every touchpoint.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform service improvements and strategies.
- Develop programs and initiatives to boost client retention and loyalty.
Business Development
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Leverage online platforms and physical engagements to expand the company’s reach and visibility.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a communications, marketing, or customer-centric role.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating meaningful experiences.
