Job Description


Responsibilities
• Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls
• Providing Customer Support
• Recording and Documenting Interactions
• Meeting Performance Metrics
• Continuous Learning and Adaptation

Person Specification
Education, Training, Skills & Experience Requirements
• Candidates should be already pre-screened and gone through interviews. (Share interview reports if available)
• Candidates must be below 28 years of age.
• Must be tech savvy, have basic office knowledge and able to use social media apps like Instagram, TikTok, X and facebook and must be trainable.
• Ability to empathize given most of our clients are patients.
• Candidates should be ready to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
• Should be able to start by the 1st of October 2024.
• Out of the 4 positions, candidates should be able to speak the languages below:
• 1- Luganda+ Ateso+ Kuman
• 2- Acholi + Langi + Alur (Luo)
• 1- Luganda + Lumasaba + Kupsabiny
