Job Summary:
The Corporate Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
This role involves strategic planning, lead generation, and negotiating contracts to drive revenue
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Negotiation & Closing Deals:
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Close deals and ensure timely contract execution.
4. Market Research & Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
Provide feedback to the management team on market insights.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
Develop strategies to improve sales performance based on data analysis.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
