Duties

• Calculate and monitor costs for all food and beverage (service & production) items.
• Develop and implement effective cost-control strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage Department (service & production) to address operational and financial challenges.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and generate periodic control reports.
• Analyze menu item costs and recommend price adjustments.
• Contribute to menu engineering to maximize profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and costing software is a MUST
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in cost control or a related position, preferably within a 4 start hotel
