Job Description

Develop and monitor the implementation of systems and guidelines for providing counselling services at COE and other Baylor Uganda supported sites, in line with counselling professional standards and directorate’s mission.

Overall Responsibilities

Develop and monitor the implementation of systems and guidelines for providing counselling services at COE and other Baylor Uganda supported sites, in line with counselling professional standards and directorate’s mission.

Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies:
  • ·         A Bachelor’s (honors) degree in Counseling ·         A Masters in Public Health or related qualification·         Experience in Supporting Spiritual Care in HIV/AIDS
  • ·         At least 5 years’ experience implementing counseling according to MOH guidelines
  • ·         Medical back ground ( Nurse )  is an  added advantage
  • 5 Years Relevant Experience
