Responsible for the Security Management Systems in the Company
• Conduct site reviews, writing audit/review reports, reviewing findings, and making recommendations line management and /or their security coordinators.
• Responsible to perform risk analysis for the country, particularly with respect to level of crime, terrorism, workplace violence, threats from natural and man-made disasters.
• Responsible for providing advice and counsel to line management on security policy and practices. Identifies exposures and to recommend and develop corrective plans as appropriate. Serve as security support to management and assist in conducting investigations of significant threats and/or the loss or misappropriation of assets.
• Responsible to organize Voluntary Principles on Security Human Rights (VPSHR) trainings for all Contractors, Company personnel and Security stakeholder.
• Ensure the organisation complies with relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice and technical guidance in all matters relating to security.
• Participate in devising and implementing security plans and programs, such as Physical Security, security awareness campaign, Information Protection, Incident Management and/or Investigation.
• Maintain knowledge of complex industry trends, current security issues and security technology and update management on risk and threat that could impact company business.
• Liaise with the National Authorities about threats and risks that could impact company business.
• Prepare Budget and advise management on the expenditures of resources for protection of company assets where compromise or loss of these assets could seriously affect company business.
• Prepare and participate in the process of procuring security services and during the execution and implementation of the contracts.
• Perform incident analysis and investigation relative to all incidents with advice and closure to all responsible functional management and supporting security management.
• Develop and implements security program which includes developing a training program for all security representatives for each region.
• Provide leadership, advice and counsel to all security staff in achieving current and long-range strategic program objectives.
• Monitor and evaluates unit performance on key security issues and programs, recommends corrective action programs where appropriate.
• Participate in the Crisis Management System.
Candidate profile
• University Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience, at least 5 of which have been in a Security management position. Experience with security in industrial Companies within the country or abroad and development of security projects.
• Clear understanding of the in-country security context and knowledge of military/police stakeholders.
• International experience working in the private sector and Oil & Gas are added advantage.

Well Perfomance Engineer
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Adopt and Demonstrate exemplary behavior with regards to HSEQ rules, Company Ethics & « Code of Conduct Policy;
• Apply company rules regarding safety of wells;
• Ensure data confidentiality regarding wells and production profiles of the Area;

Pre-Drill Period:
• Reservoir Wellbore Interface Management In collaboration with drilling & completion teams assist in the definition and validation the reservoir wellbore interface management to optimize and guarantee:
• Well long term productivity / injectivity;
• Sand control strategy;
• Well suspension & Preventive treatment strategy;
• Wells clean-up / flowback strategy
Drilling & Start-up / Ramp-up Period: ESP Management (Efficiency& MTBF Improvement)
• In collaboration with drilling / completion, Field Ops and Well Perf teams work towards optimizing the ESP efficiency and MTBF continuous improvement.
• ESP Selection: Pump / motor – Gas handling system – Surface equipment (VSD)
Ramp-up Period & Production Plateau: ESP Management (Efficiency& MTBF Improvement)
• In collaboration with dedicated Well Perf Team and ESP contractors: Continuous Trouble shooting, Failure cause analysis – Post Mortem.
• Corrective actions
Wells Integrity.
• In collaboration with Integrity team, Well Perf and Field Ops Teams implement a well Integrity management.
• Sand & Deposit (Wax, Scales….) Management Integrity Monitoring.
• Wells & Network interventions
Digital & Data Management.
• Contribute to the implementation of digital solution.

Qualifications & Experience
• Petroleum Industry MSc (or equivalent professional experience). Academic training in Drilling &Wells (D&W) or Geosciences (GSR)
• Minimum of 3 years of international experience in Oil &Gas Exploration & Production positions (D&W, GSR or Field Operations FOPs). Past exposure to operations is a preferred.
