| PURPOSE OF THE JOB |
| Responsible for supporting in executing the company’s design and digital marketing campaigns |
| MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES | ||

To support in managing the organization’s social media platforms, content creation, social media advertising campaigns aimed at generation of leads and sales | 30% |
|
|
To support the development of strategies for online and offline market activations to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. | 40% |
|
|
To manage the creation of relevant, engaging digital content for publishing onto various social media and digital platforms to improve brand visibility. | 10% |
|
|
To support in preparing and providing monthly reports on the performance of online campaigns and offline activations, including key metrics and insights to aid in the departmental decision making. | 10% |
|
|
To support in managing internal communications, including announcements and events | 5% |
|
|
Any other roles added from time to time concerning departmental objectives | 5% |

| Qualifications | Degree of Science in Marketing or any related field. | |
| CIM is an added advantage | ||
| Experience | 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role | |
| Proficiency in computer skills | ||
| Business Understanding / Knowledge | Knowledge of graphic design, digital marketing tools and techniques like content creation and Google Analytics. | |
| Languages | Proficiency in spoken and written English | |
