CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEERS: Reference- SUPPORT /02/2021
• Must have a minimum of 4/5 years’ experience with installation, configuration and maintenance of UNIX Servers, Intel Servers & Storage systems ( Either NetApp, IBM, HP or EMC Storage), along with certifications from brand vendors like HP, DellEMC or IBM. Knowledge & certification “Data Backup” solutions will be a definite advantage. Must have experience with installation of HCl and virtualized environments.
• VMWare VCP 6.5, NUTANIX or MS Hyper-V certification will be a big advantage
• A Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science OR ICT OR equivalent.
