Job Description


Job title: Data Entry Clerk
Salary Scale: U 6
Reports: Reports to the officer assigned to him of her
Purpose: To measure, collect, record, manage and maintain data and records in accordance with the operational manual

Key Functions
• Measuring collecting and entering/recording data as prescribed by the operational manual
• Compiling and Archiving of the Site filled data sheets and reports
• Preparing and submitting of aggregated data reports on the operations as prescribed by the operation manual

Qualifications
Diploma in Accounting, Statistics, Environmental Management or any other relevant qualifications

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Applications should be submitted in triplicate on PSC Form 3.
2. The title of the position and reference number should be clearly stated on the application.
3. Three certified copies of academic documents
4. Passport photo should be attached to the curriculum vitae with three references.
