Location: Kampala, Uganda. Mobilized to Albert Lake, construction sites or other cities if required.

Primary function
• Responsible for the design of King Fisher Development area.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage various engineering disciplines.
• Responsible for the engineering design and approval.
• Organize to make and approve the overall design management pi-an.
• Supervise design management and direct the subordinates to complete each disciplines’ design.
• Supervise and manage design contractors in the field design activities.
• Coordinate all the engineering issues among the different departments of engineering and construction.
• Coordinate the subordinates of different disciplines during the oil field design.
• Be responsible for project design basis, technical schemes and standards used in engineering.
• Approve the design documents, the plan of the project of the discipline and the related materials.
• Approve the schedule of the project for the design and supervise the implementation.
• Responsible for the design quality, safety, schedule and cost.
• Provide the engineering solutions and support for fabrication and commissioning
• Other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in
• Petroleum Engineering, mechanical engineering or related.
• At least 15-years related working experience including 12 in Oil & Gas industry.
• EPC work experience is required. Knowledge
• Extensive knowledge of design, construction, and project E management.
• Extensive knowledge of the procedures of project and construction.
• Knowledge of petroleum engineering
• Understanding oil engineering, reservoir, drilling and completion, production, etc.
