POSITION: DIGITAL FIELD AUTOMATION CENTRALIZED SUPERVISOR
DEPARTMENT: COMMERCIAL/ OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT

JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Field Automation Centralized Supervisor is responsible for supporting the drive for business growth through customer retention, savings accounts conversion and deposit mobilization.

Key duties and responsibilities:
• Reviewing and authorizing of all customer registrations and accounts opened via Digital Field Automation by all Credit Officers across all branches
• Managing the centralized Digital Field Automation web portal for reporting, documentation, staff monitoring and staff allocation.
• Supporting field teams to troubleshoot and resolve regular application issues encountered by Credit Officers while in the field.
• Managing the service log of Digital Field Automation associated issues and coordinating their timely resolution.
• Supporting the commercial leadership with Digital Field Automation performance management reports
• Checking for accuracy and completeness of the customer and account details submitted through Digital Field Application on both the utnet application and the Core Banking System
• Authorizing (or request revision of) customer registration or account opening details on the Digital Field Application (DFA).
• Ensuring high accuracy in the customer registration and account opening process while adhering to all relevant policies, guidelines and procedures for the submitted account opening documentation.
• Ensuring timely resolution of errors highlighted within established service level agreements and all issues raised through the various channels and exceptions escalated to immediate supervisor.
• Ensuring full compliance of the Anti Money Laundering processing requirements at account opening and Know Your Customer processing requirements at customer registration, account opening and account update.
• Providing support to the Digital Field Automation Project Team, on topics related to achieving successful implementation.
• Supporting User Training and Pilot implementation of Digital Field Automation through performance monitoring, analysis and reporting; proposing adjustments informed by user engagement; issue resolution, etc., in line with the Go-to Market strategy.
• Ensuring that all the approvals carried out are strictly as per laid down FINCA Uganda policy, processes and procedures with supporting documentation.
• Ensuring that all documents are properly filed for quick reference and review.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any business related field from a recognized University
Minimum of 2 years work experience in Financial /Banking sector with minimum of 1 year in banking operations.
