Job Description
Role Overview
The Director of Marketing & Sales drives revenue growth through strategic sales, brand positioning, and market penetration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies
- Drive room, conference, and event sales locally and internationally
- Build strategic partnerships with corporates, travel agents, and institutions
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in senior hotel sales and marketing roles
