KEY DELIVERABLES:

  • Manage and supervise territory / KYC / DSA teams
  • Optimize agent performance & compliance
  • Develop growth strategies for revenue, RMS, SSO

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven leadership managing agent or field sales teams in telecom or FMCG
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
  • 1 year sales experience is a must
