We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will drive sales through effective management of distribution channels and foster strong relationships with distributors and key customers. This role demands a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of sales and distribution dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed distribution sales targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the distribution network.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Oversee the performance of distribution channels and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with distribution partners to secure favorable agreements.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the distribution sales team, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans for team members.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and manage customer information.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and distribution operations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the trading and manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distribution channels.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
