Job Description
Role Overview
The Events & Public Relations Manager is responsible for positioning the hotel as a premier luxury destination for high profile events while safeguarding and enhancing the hotel’s public image locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings, conferences, corporate functions, diplomatic events, and VIP engagements
- Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations and brand communication strategy
- Manage media relations, press releases, interviews, and public appearances
- Coordinate government, diplomatic, and high-level stakeholder events
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximize event revenue
- Lead crisis communication and reputation management initiatives
- Manage event budgets, contracts, suppliers, and post-event evaluations
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in events management and public relations, preferably in luxury hospitality
