Job Description


Role Overview

The Events & Public Relations Manager is responsible for positioning the hotel as a premier luxury destination for high profile events while safeguarding and enhancing the hotel’s public image locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings, conferences, corporate functions, diplomatic events, and VIP engagements
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations and brand communication strategy
  • Manage media relations, press releases, interviews, and public appearances
  • Coordinate government, diplomatic, and high-level stakeholder events
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximize event revenue
  • Lead crisis communication and reputation management initiatives
  • Manage event budgets, contracts, suppliers, and post-event evaluations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in events management and public relations, preferably in luxury hospitality
