JOB TITLE: Finance Manager (01)
Reports to: Medical Superintendent

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Finance Manager looks after over role management of the financial operations of the Hospital, and is mainly involved in planning, organizing and controlling financial resources.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Finance Manager is responsible for strategic planning of the Hospital.
• Monitors the preparation of the financial budget and sends the report to the other board of directors of the organization.
• Supervises business performance and takes steps to improve the performance of the Hospital
• Coordinates with the senior and junior management of other departments as well, as every department in the Hospital is directly or indirectly associated with the fiancé department
• A finance Manager designs the Hospital financial policies, rules and regulation and make sure that every department adheres to them
• Is responsible for account, monitoring and control of all the departments of the Hospital.
• Is a person who motivates the immediate reporting staff for better performance and effective service?
• Prepares and supervises the financial reports in discussion with all the other departments in the Hospital, and then presents it before the Board of Governors.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• CPA, A masters /Honors in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Commerce , Economics Management majoring in Organization
• A mature person, 2 referees and one recommendation from a local Church Must have experience of 2-3 years in Finance Management from a recognized institution
