Job Title: Foreman-Civil (Yard/Roads)
Job Ret: 2021.08.81/PR-M-RW-84 Civil Maintenance
Reporting to Civil Engineer and will be responsible for the following:
• Planning, implementing and managing road construction tasks as assigned.
• Carrying out periodic maintenance of drainage.
• Carrying out routine inspections to identity defects and report them to superiors if any.
• Producing employee and project schedules.
• Managing and monitoring members attendance and work
• Adhering to safety regulations
• Supervising, train and give feedback to worker.
• Supervising work to ensure conformance to standards
• Preparing and presenting progress of works.
• Maintaining records of materials, machinery, equipment and manpower assigned to jobs.

Qualifications:
Applicants should have ordinary Diploma in Civil Engineering and Computer literacy will be an added advantage

Experience:
Applicants should have the following experience:
• At least 3years working experience in road construction
• Working knowledge of road construction operations and equipment.
• Knowledge of materials, methods and techniques used in road construction.
• Ability to lay out and direct the work of a crew for efficient results. Good time management skill.
• Critical thinker and problem solver.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Should poses a National Ordinary Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Should be of sound integrity.
