Job Description


  • Reports to: Officer Registry
  • Department: Strategy and Planning
  • Department Head: Director Strategy and Planning
  • Location: PPDA Headquarters
  • Job Purpose: Assist in records and information management.
  • Duties: Maintain document classification, manage records, conduct file census, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Education: Honours (1st Class or 2nd Class Upper) Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science or Records and Archives Management.
  • Experience: None required.
  • Skills: Good communication, teamwork, initiative, positive attitude, and growth mindset.a
