BACKGROUND
Sido Digital Print Solutions was founded in Kampala, Uganda in 2016, with a charter to serve small, medium and large manufacturing businesses. Sido provide various print and packaging. We serve many of the major manufacturing businesses in Uganda such as Movit and Mukwano and many other brands guaranteeing best quality and now offering multiple security features.
We are experiencing continuing growth in our design for print area and are now looking for competent persons who possess appropriate skills in Adobe ‘Creative’ Suite, (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) and have the right work ethic to join and help enhance the already growing reputation of Sido Digital Print Solutions.
Graphic Designers

Position: Junior and Senior Graphic designers
Reports to: Prepress & Finishing Supervisor
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and fine arts or related field.
Others
At least 3 years’ experience in Graphic Design and with basic knowledge of some common Print Processes.

Summary of duties and responsibilities
• Design and develop artwork tailored to customer needs for Industrial, commercial and consumer printing of labels, marketing collaterals, albums and other publishing works.
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
• Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.
• Maintain a professional appearance that reflects the company’s commitment to quality, continuous improvement and respect for individuals.
• Comply with health and safety requirements.
• Communicate effectively with sales team and production team; informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that production, sales and customer objectives are met.
