Bayport Financial Services (U) Ltd, a multinational, leading non-deposit taking financial institution is looking to hire a dynamic, highly qualified and skilled individual to fill the Head of Commercial position.
This person will have strategic and operational leadership over branch & infrastructure, sales, marketing, corporate social responsibility initiatives, call center and customer service functions of the business. This person will report to the CEO.

Key Requirements and Qualifications:
Qualifications:
• Honor’s Degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
• A postgraduate qualification in a related field.
• Masters’ Degree in Business Management or related field is of advantage.
• Professional certification in sales, marketing or related fields is of advantage.

Experience & knowledge:
• Minimum of 8 years’ sound experience in sales, marketing, distribution and operations in the financial sector, telecom industry or FMCG industry.
• 5 years of which must have been in a managerial/strategic position in a fast-paced business environment.
• Very strong management skills are a core expectation.
• Experience in digitization journey of a previous employer is an advantage.
• Strong Leadership skills with high level capacity to influence, engage and motivate a young and diverse team to inspire outstanding performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be a strategic thinker and innovative.
• Superior time management abilities and capable of meeting deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Up to date on industry trends, as well as laws and regulations
• Strong relationship building skills – with clients and industry stakeholders.
