The Head Guide will provide strategic leadership in guiding services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and safety. This role manages the guest journey from storytelling to team management while overseeing vehicle maintenance and park regulation compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least eight (8) years of relevant experience within the safari industry.
• Advanced USAGA certification and a valid driving license.
• Expertise in ornithology, ethology, photography, and walking safaris.
• Proven leadership ability to manage, train, and motivate a professional guiding team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, complemented by knowledge of the Kabale region and Rukiga setting as a key advantage in guest relations.
