Job Description

Job Summary: The position holder will provide leadership, strategic development and management of RAHU programs. This position will require a range of skills and experience including a minimum of 10 years’ experience designing and managing humanitarian and development programs in reputable NGOs, ability to build and maintain credible stakeholder relationships and strategic partnerships; Strong organizational, management (including people), communication, conceptual & analytical skills; Knowledge of and experience in influencing, advocacy, SRHR and Gender in programming; excellent knowledge and experience working with and managing multiple donors.

Education
A Master’s degree in Project Management, Public/Business Administration, Sociology/Psychology or other related fields
