Safe Way Right Way (SWRW) is a registered Non-Governmental Organisation, whose mission is to achieve a crash tree road network for Uganda. SWRW leverages support from the Government and Private Sector Companies to demonstrate best practices and implement road safety interventions along Uganda’s economically critical road corridors.
Position: Head of School; Safe Way Right Way Driver Training Centre
Reports to: Project Coordinator.

Overarching objective:

The Head of the school has the ultimate responsibility for the smooth running of the training center ensuring that all operational procedures are followed. They must ensure that all stall, trainees and resources are well managed and that good relations and cooperation with service providers and other strategic partners are developed. maintained and promoted.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Business Administration or Mechanical Engineering ‘ Experience in Fleet management is an added advantage but not a must
• Minimum 4 years‘ experience in a similar role
• Financial management skills (budgeting. reporting.)
• Knowledgeable in procurement, stock administration procedures. record keeping etc.
• Good computer knowledge/ office program especially Excel. Word and e-mail
• Leadership character and a team player
• Good English language
