Headmaster for AMS Secondary School
Qualifications
Secondary School Headmaster:
• A master’s degree in education, educational leadership, or a related field is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree with relevant experience will be considered.
Experience
Secondary School Headmaster.
• Several years of teaching experience, preferably in a leadership role. Prior administrative experience as a vice principal, deputy head, or other roles. Demonstrated management skills.
Skills and Qualities
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with students, parents, staff, and the community.
Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• A clear vision for educational excellence and school improvement.
