Job Description

GETS Technical Services is inviting qualified and competent candidates to apply for the position of:

HSE Officer

Project Location: Buliisa District

Close: 09/03/2026

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
  • NEBOSH / IOSH certification is an added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in oil & gas or construction projects
  • Good knowledge of HSE regulations and site compliance requirements
  • Strong reporting and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor site HSE compliance
  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions
  • Implement and enforce safety policies
  • Prepare daily/weekly HSE reports
  • Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
