Job Description
To develop, monitor, implement and review Human Resource Systems and practices in line with existing CMA HR policies and procedures and the applicable legislation
Responsibilities/Key Deliverables
• Initiate, develop, review and implement Human Resource Management strategies, policies and plans.
• Initiate, develop and implement plans and systems for the recruitment of staff.
• Develop and implement an effective talent management strategy and succession plan
• Implement and monitor a remuneration and benefits system to ensure that the Authority is able to attract and retain competent employees.
• Manage the staff performance management system through initiating performance appraisals and performance management processes.
• Monitor the management and utilization of assets in order to achieve an effective and safe working environment
• Monitor the implementation of the Information Technology policies, strategies and plans.
• Lead the Human Resource and Administration Team
Person Specification Education & Training
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• A postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or Administration
Skills & Experience
A minimum of six (6) years’ work experience of which three (3) should have been in a managerial role in a reputable organisation.
