Job Description
The Human Resource Administrator will support the development and execution of HR strategies, ensuring seamless implementation of key HR initiatives aligned with the department’s work plan. The role also focuses on compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy, Governance, and Compliance
- Assist in the development and implementation of the HR strategy.
- Stay updated on market trends and policy changes to recommend beneficial updates to ASIGMA’s HR policies.
- Prepare and submit periodic HR reports as required.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and interview process.
- Oversee new employee onboarding, including orientation and induction for employees transitioning into new roles.
Compensation & Benefits
- Ensure accurate submission of monthly payroll changes to the Finance Department.
Performance Management
- Coordinate the submission and tracking of performance-related documentation.
Reward & Recognition
- Organize and oversee all employee reward and recognition initiatives.
- Maintain a database of staff awards and recognition programs.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate all learning and development initiatives.
- Research and maintain a database of relevant training providers to support ASIGMA’s staff development needs.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Work with various departments to develop action plans addressing staff welfare concerns.
- Track and ensure the resolution of employee-related issues.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, bachelor’s degree Industrial & Organizational Psychology.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – Ability to engage with employees at all levels.
- Attention to detail – Ensuring accuracy in HR records, payroll submissions, and compliance reporting.
- Organizational and time management skills – Managing multiple HR functions effectively.
- Problem-solving ability – Addressing employee concerns and developing solutions to HR challenges.
- Discretion and confidentiality – Handling sensitive employee information with integrity.
- Adaptability and flexibility – Navigating a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities.
- Proactive mindset – Taking initiative to improve HR processes and employee experience.
