Job Description

The Human Resource Lead will spearhead and oversee all aspects of the people function at Outbox, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong HR operational focus, capable of driving Human Resource initiatives that align with our organizational goals. The role involves talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, training and development, and fostering a positive organizational culture.

The Human Resource Lead will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer.
