Job Description


The key purpose of this role is to drive sales volume and market share growth through increased Geographic coverage and outlet penetration as well as implementing digital strategy.

Key outputs and responsibilities:
• Achievement of sales and volume target/Sell out
• Drive market share in a given territory
• Compile daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit to management.

Drive and maintain good Relationship with customers and consumers through Customer service
• Drive Consumer and Retail promotions as per promo plan and compile promo evaluations with clear Return on investment (ROI)
• Safeguard all company assets in the trade, Coolers, Brand houses, signages, phones
• Promote Digital Transformation.

Profile:
• Minimum of Diploma in a Business-related field
• Ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills
• The ability to prioritize and effectively manage time.
• Analytical skills: They use data-driven analysis to evaluate own performance and take ownership of their opportunity pipelines.
• Experience in FMCG will be an added advantage
