Pax Insurance was set up to provide affordable Insurance Services to Individuals and Organization throughout Uganda. FAX Insurance Company Ltd invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the Position of Manager — Business Development and Partnerships.
Job Tide: Manager – Business Development & Partnerships
Reports to: General Manager
Station: Kampala
Job Purpose:
To establish, retain and foster Business Growth & Relationships. .
Major Responsibilities
• Develop Business growth and marketing strategies
• Partnerships Management (including negotiations with Stakeholders)
• Ensure Customer Retention
• Provide Leadership to Sales & Marketing Team.
• Identify and Monitor Business opportunities.
Required Skills
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree – Business related.
• A Diploma in Insurance is an added advantage.
• At least five years working experience at a supervisory level in a Reputable Organization.
• Result oriented.
• Good Interpersonal Skills
