Job Description


To create, maintain and improve Strategic Business Relationships between JMS and her key customers through Business Development Initiatives that result in enhanced Organizational Sustainability

Key duties and responsibilities
• Oversee the relationship, marketing and communication management of selected top JMS Customers – key accounts.
• Drive the growth strategy for the key accounts so as to increase JMS revenue from these customers.
• Predict and anticipate the needs of the key accounts without necessarily waiting for their orders.
• Perform frequent visits to these top/select clients, take note of findings and propose improvement areas of attention for Management’s Consideration.
• Work with the Key clients to Plan for their needs (quantification and procurement plans development)
• Identify the top clients’ unique needs and communicate them to Procurement Inventory Management Team (PIMT) for review and inclusion in JMS plans and develop strategies to win business from potential large customers.
• Write project proposals for specific projects to enhance excellent strategic relationships between JMS and the Key customers.
• Promote JMS on different platforms; online presence, print media presence, social media and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Plan and implement an annual Key Customer conference championed by JMS as a strategy for re-energizing JMS’ market and industry leadership position.
• Work with the key customers to come up with and monitor compliance with payment plans to ensure proper debt management.
• Complete customer account plans and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings of the key accounts.
• Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs and uphold high quality levels of Service and product.
• Come with service incentives for Key customers to boost the revenue and carryout a market situation analysis on the Key Accounts segment.
• Work with Manager Business Development and Marketing & Manager Procurement to conduct Price Surveys for sensitive products regularly to remain relevant.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and Annual reports accordingly.
• Implement Marketing Plan for Direct 2 Vendor products in the segment.

Person specifications a. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business related or Healthcare field.
• Postgraduate Training in Relationship Management, supply chain management and business development will be an added advantage.
• Experience
• At least five years in a busy environment preferably within the Healthcare Industry with at least three years’ experience in a related role in; Relationship Management, Customer Service and care, Marketing, Business Development or Supply Chain Management.
