Reports to: Head of Business Development and Strategy.
Purpose: To identify and help in developing strategic relationships with partners or potential customers, manages the product development and deploy teams to create Bank’s product awareness, research and review the products, improve its corporate image and implement business development initiatives.
Required Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Business related field/ Economics, Statistics.
• 5 years of progressive work experience. And 03 of which must be directly involving Business Development and projects in banking or any other related business entity.
• Research skills, analytical skills, project proposal writing and management and partner Relationship management skills
• Negotiations skills is a vital asset to the job holder Product knowledge
