We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, committed and highly talented individuals for the roles of Manager – Public Sector Consulting and Senior Associate – Public Sector Consulting for our Uganda office.
Overall Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the strategic functions of Public Sector Consulting including execution of projects, Business Development, Team Management, Client and Sub-Contractors Management in line with set guidelines and quality management principles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee Proposal Development and Expression of interest through careful analysis of the client’s terms of reference and Requests for Proposals.
• Development of Concept Papers for pitching professional work.
• Actively participate in pitching and preparing final proposals for Director’s review.
• Undertake project planning and development of work plans for assignments.
• Prepare the project economics schedule and ensure updates are continuously done.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
• BA/BS/BSc (or equivalent) in a relevant field;
• 7+ Years post-qualification experience in a reputable consulting firm with 2+ years in a managerial position.
• Master’s degree / professional qualifications is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing people and projects added advantage.
