We are looking for a talented nurse to join our team as the Managing Director for Uganda operations.

Responsibilities

• You will represent the company on official duties
• You will participate in writing proposals for funding, pitching Tatu Nurse to global audiences to raise the awareness of the importance of supporting nurses
• You will spear head company activities
• You will manage and participate in running experiments, pilots and other activities that Tatu Nurse is working on
• You will work closely with the CEO to run the company strategy ensuring that the company impacts thousands of nurses and hundreds of thousands of patients in the year 2021.
• You will establish partnerships with numerous organisations that share our vision all over the globe
• You will provide clinical input, research and nursing guidance to TatuNurse educational programs

Qualifications

• Must be a registered licensed nurse
• Have 5-10 years of experience as a nurse with experience in low-resource settings
• Be a technology enthusiast, passionate about technology and its power to change the world
• Be a leader, self-starter and impact driven
• Be able to work with remote teams all over the globe
• Experience with leading teams
