Trilumina Holdings Limited is hiring a Office Administration Trainee to support our administrative team. This position offers valuable exposure to office management, coordination, and communication within a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Hiring Risk Reduction

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
  • Maintain organized filing and documentation systems.
  • Support administrative staff in day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in scheduling, logistics, and report preparation.
  • Facilitate smooth internal communication and workflow.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (students are welcome to apply).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and willingness to learn.
