POSITION: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Location: Kigezi Region based at Kanungu.

Reporting to – CEO

Job Purpose: To manage overall operations and responsible for the effectiviness of Deployment needs and general supervision.

Qualifications: Minimum, Diploma in Business Administration Social sciences or any security related courses.

Previous security training is a must

Duties:

• Overseeing deployment activities in the region
• Updating firearms records, Bookings and carry out firearms returns monthly.
• Addressing Discplinary issues and deployment challenges
• Monitoring Beat deployment and management of fire arms.
• Coordinating field deployments and clients in the region.
• Carry out monthly fire arms cleaning and submission of fire arms returns.
• Carry any other duties assigned to him / her
