Under the supervision of the Country Operations Manager, the Operations Team Leader-AI manages the agriculture sector portfolio to support socio-economic development in Member Countries.

Responsibilities or duties:

• Manage the agriculture sector portfolio efficiently
• Supervise Project Management specialists
• Lead the Regional Hub operations team

Qualifications or requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Food Security/ Rural Development/ Water Management/ Agriculture Engineering or related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the agriculture sector

Experience needed:

Minimum 5 years in a specific sector
