We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the following vacancies in our Company .

Duties: Will be responsible for:
• Installing Oracle software and Maintenance.
• Day to Day Database administration and Creating Oracle databases
• Starting up and shutting down the database
• Proactively monitoring the database’s health and taking preventive or corrective action as required
• Monitoring the database’s storage structures and files system.
• Managing users and security.
• Troubleshooting. Database Tuning Performance Monitoring, Capacity Planning • Authentication, Security, Database Backup and Recovery, Specialized Data Handling Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading.
• Managing schema objects, such as tables, indexes, and views
• Responsible for monitoring database backups and performing recovery when necessary.
• Must have knowledge of Data guard.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:
Applicant should be holder of any of the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Technology OR Computer Science

Experience:
An ideal candidate should have at least minimum 3 years experience in a similar working environment, with a thorough knowledge of Oracle Database and Operating system such as Solaris/Linux
