Topowa Youth Mentoring Uganda is dedicated to empowering young people through mentorship, providing guidance and support to help them make informed life choices and achieve personal and academic success. We seek a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Partnerships & Grants Officer to drive our fundraising and partnership efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social
  Work & Community Development, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, or partnership development.
• Proven track record of securing funding from institutional donors or corporate sponsors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent networking and negotiation abilities.
• Passion for youth empowerment and mentorship
