Duties
The incumbent will be responsible to the Senior Petroleum Officer, Transport and Storage for performing the following duties:-
• Participating in the design and development of transport and storage facilities;
• Ensuring strict adherence to Health, Safety, Environment and other established technical, regulations in development of petroleum storage and transport facilities;
• Monitoring development of transport and storage facilities so as to ensure compliance with set standards and contractual obligations;
• Ensuring strict record keeping so that results of all significant inspections and testing are properly kept and readily availed whenever needed;
• Assisting with review of technical reports for petroleum products transport and storage facilities;
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualification
• Applicants should be Ugandans in possession of an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering; or Civil Engineering; or any other related field from a recognized University /Institution.
