Job Description


A Private Construction Company is currently seeking qualified personnel to fill the following position and boost it’s operations. .

We are currently recruiting for the position of a Procurement Assistant for the company. The person to fill this position should be a hands on person, self motivated and with a strong sense of responsibility.
Key duties and responsibilities
a) Procurement of materials, tools, and equipment for the company.
b) Record keeping for all Procurement activities
c) Office administration work
d) Any other activities as assigned by management

Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s Honors Degree in Procurement / Purchasing and Supplies, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Law or it’s equivalent

• At least two years experience in work of similar
• Strong negotiation skills
• Attention to detail
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work when under pressure
• Pleasant personality with ability to work harmoniously with people from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Self motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Age: 22 – 30 Years
