Production Operation Trainee
Location: Kampala, Uganda. Mobilized to Albert Lake, construction sites or other cities if required.

Primary function:
• Assist Production Operation engineer.

Responsibilities:
• Study and execute the instructions from the leader.
• Study the production and operation technology.
• Assist to work with partners and service contractor to carry out the field production operation matters.
• Analyze and solve the operations problems with solution and advice, and implement the solution, and responsible for acceptance and evaluation.
• Provide advice for improvement of the regulation and rules on operation management, and execute.
• Other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum engineering, drilling and completion or the related.
• At least 1-year related working experience.

Knowledge
• Knowledge of exploration, development, production, drilling and completion.
• Knowledge of cost control and laws.
• Understanding of petroleum contract, reservoir, geology and oil production.
