Job title: Production Superintendent – Onsite Oilfield Team
Location: Kampala, Uganda, Mobilized to Albert Lake. construction sites or other cities if required.

Primary function:
Provide overall support and assistance to the Construction Supervisor in terms of the material & warehouse management.

Responsibilities:
• Execute pre-production preparation during project period:
• Participate in engineering work, audit and provide production related technical support and advice during design, construction and pre commissioning:
Prepare new oil-field production commissioning and start up plan and organize execution.
• Collect and follow up production related issues left out by engineering:
• Emergency response as per Emergency response plan, coordinate oilfield manager to carry out emergency handling In charge of oilfield onsite production and related equipment and personnel management
• Response for oil/water well and production process safe and stable running, and production related parameters collection and report, prevent abnormal happened during production to maximize and optimize oilfield production:
In charge of oil and water treat quality management to meet specification, and and CAPEX/OPEX budget, and supervise their execution properly.
• Response for production related contractor onsite management: Conduct onsite production related national staff training program and caredevelopment;
• Other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Petroleum engineering or the related engineering.
At least 8-year experience in Oil & Gas industry. Including 4 year oilfield onsite experience and at least 1-year senior production operator experience.

Knowledge:
• Extensive knowledge of development and production.
• Experience with oil production management.
