Job Description


The required personnel will work as an associate in the Consultancy arm of SHA under the various Programs currently being implemented.

Main tasks and Responsibilities
• Coordination of program activities to ensure smooth running and quality outcomes
• Participating in content creation & preparation of training materials.
• Planning and organizing training schedules and ensuring adherence to program timelines.
• Monitoring of trainings or mentorship activities being implemented under a given program.
• Co-facilitation during online and/or classroom training and mentoring sessions
• Sending out program related communication.
• Taking minutes and action points from meetings and following up on the same.
• Planning and organizing events.
• Collecting of information key to reporting on Program milestones and M&E e.g., updating attendance records, key learnings.
Qualifications
University Graduate with Bachelor’s Degree

Skills
• Good writing and communication skills
• Good organizational skills with ability to pay attention to detail
• Proficient use of computer applications like excel, word, PowerPoint et al.
• Training & facilitation skills
Desired Experience
• Program management/coordination
• Entrepreneurship training
