JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator (01)
Reports to: Medical Superintendent

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Project Coordinator will be the project lead, responsible for planning and managing the project and ensuring compliance to funding contractual obligations, implementation and monitoring, reporting, evaluation, and learning, engagement with key stakeholders particularly the RMH, MURHEC and CBM to deliver the project as per the partnership and funding agreements.

Education, Knowledge & Professional Experience:
• Relevant university degree in Development studies, Social sciences or related field. A post graduate degree in a related field is an added advantage.
• A professional experience of 2-5 years in a national or international NGO with track record in successful management of inclusive eye health programmes

• Proven good organizational and coordination skills as well as a high level of autonomy and flexibility
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Proven experience in results-based management and project cycle management, including assessment, monitoring and evaluation, with sound understanding of budgeting and programme finance management Advantage of lived experience with disability, experience of working with persons with disabilities or promoting disability rights
