The Project Manager is responsible for the day to day management of all village agents that is, constantly calling the village agents, preparing their monthly commission, receiving feedback from them, constant evaluation of the work performed by the agents, in Kasese, Uganda among the smallholder farmers. In addition, the PM is also responsible for recruitment of the village agents and their orientation in the company. (The Candidate will be based in Kasese)
