Job title: Quality Assurance Officer
Reports to the Quality Assurance Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Conducting of in-process checks, self-inspections, vendor and quality audits, and investigations that regularly appraise the effectiveness and applicability of quality assurance systems
• Evaluating and handling product quality complaints and product recall cases with urgency
• Preparing SOPs, their reviews, issuance, withdrawal and disposal
• Assembling and assisting in the review of all documentation relating to the processing, packaging and testing of each product batch

Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science Technology, Industrial Chemistry, or any other relevant course
• Minimum of two (02) years demonstrable experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup
• Advanced computer knowledge (Ms. Office, Access, Outlook) is desirable
