Job Description


Our receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. They manage front desk operations, handle  communications, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Receptionists should demonstrate professionalism, excellent  communication skills, and strong organizational abilities to represent the company positively and efficiently.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue badges when necessary.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients and staff.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.
  • Support administrative staff with clerical tasks.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth  communication.
  • Uphold confidentiality and company policies at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to quickly learn office management systems and procedures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least Advanced Level Certificate (A’Level)
