We are Currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated, passionate, and competent person, with zeal to perform beyond expectations and excited to Join a (27) years leading steel manufacturer as a Regional Sales Supervisor.

Responsibilities
• Develop and manage the regional business strategy by ensuring a strong dealer base which optimizes group market share.
• Conduct market research and development for the assigned region and ensure that new opportunities are explored.
• Ensure regular achievement of the set regional sales targets, prepare, and share/discuss the reports during the weekly and monthly reviews.
• Ensure that there is credit control and management of the assigned region with the main goal of eliminating bad debts in the region.
• Plan and monitor regional market visits clearly focusing on additional business generated from such activities and ensuring superior customer experience.
• Generate and share constructive ideas with management that may lead to business growth in the assigned territory.
• Maintain the best possible customer care for the assigned dealers and attend to all their complaints in a timely and professional manner to enhance superior customer experience.
• Ensure that all relevant information that is meant to improve sales is communicated to the dealers in the assigned region in a timely and professional manner.
• Take charge and drive all the marketing and advertising activities within the assigned region to ensure brand health.
• Monitor and supervise the assigned sales coordinators as well as offer training and guidance.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results needed and performing any additional tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
• The ideal applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing or any business-related field.
• A minimum of 4 years working experience in a similar position.
• Experience from a manufacturing sector is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to deliver results.

• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
